The “sugar” on the Nutrition Facts label is not added sugar: it’s the naturally occurring sugar that all coconuts contain. If there is anything else we can assist you with please let us know.
I love y'all jerk seasoning but I can't do your BBQ jerk sauce because you put bioengineered ingredients in it and I can no longer purchase your products with that in it 😞

Don't knock this version of cornmeal pudding unless you try it. No hard and fast rule in baking or cooking! Different parts of Jamaica does things differently, never too old to learn! Respectfully!
I need to restock. I ran out. I usually buy like a dozen at a time and have a can every morning for breakfast mashed up with Grace hot pepper sauce, chopped onions and garlic and either toast, fried green bananas, or fried roasted breadfruit on the side along with fried ripe plantains, shredded, diced or grated carrots, sliced cucumbers, lettuce and either grape/cherry, plum or salad tomatoes.
So much flava in this #GraceSardines recipe! We love it! 🔥💚
